Larry was born January 31, 1960 in Rogers, Arkansas to Harry and Lena Jo (Lynch) Council. He retired from Glad Manufacturing where he worked for 37 years. Larry loved fishing, hunting, working on various projects in his shop, and visiting with his lifelong friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy Lee Council, and sister, Linda Jean Munez.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Linda (Stich) Council; nephew, Toby Council (Valarie); and niece, Diana Cook.
