James Mack McKee, age 77 of Ozark, Arkansas passed away Tuesday August 30, 2022 in Ozark. He was a Mechanic, Live Haul Supervisor, Feed Truck Driver at Cargill-Butterball from 1969 to 2007, was a member of Webb City Baptist Church, and a Mason -Worshipful Master with Ozark Lodge #79. He loved Bluegrass music, traveling, trains, and John Deere tractors. James was born October 28, 1944 in Altus, Arkansas to Clarence (Bill) Earl and Lena Irene Honea McKee. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Wanda Darter; and one brother, William (Topsy) McKee.

James is survived by his loving and caring wife of 57 years, Pamela Haney McKee; two loving daughters, Sheryl Crofford of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Patti Rofkahr of Ozark; and one loving son, Christopher McKee and wife Jennifer of Ratcliff; four sisters, Virginia Berrier and husband Lindsay of Ashville, North Carolina, Sarah Marriott and husband Red of Altus, Cynthia Green and husband John of Ozark, and Sandra McKee of Van Buren, Arkansas; four brothers, David McKee and wife Peggy of Ozark, Jerry and Scott McKee both of Ozark, and Randy McKee and wife Michelle of Ozark; ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews
Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street with Brother Mike Pennington officiating, with burial at Houston Cemetery under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jerry, Scott, and Randy McKee, Daniel Green Lindsay Berrier, and Corey Crofford. Honorary pallbearers will be Red Marriott, Mike Parsons, Billy McCartney, Roger Williams, and Robert Bowman
