Charlotte Phillips Hayden is buried in the Lower Wharton Creek Cemetery.
There is a marker for him there also
James
Dec 25, 1836 - December 29, 1918
James Thomas Hayden is buried under an old cedar tree in the Ribbon Ridge area of Madison County AR. His grandkids listed his name on his wife's headstone in Lower Wharton Creek Cemetery in Madison County AR (so he would not be lost in history).
* His death is wrong as his wife is listed in the 1910 census as a widow. He probably died in 1889 or 1893.
