Charles Junior Poole, 50, of the Ouachita Community died Tuesday in the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Ouachita Baptist Church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery near Sparkman under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home. A member of the Baptist church, Mr. Poole was a retired truck driver and a veteran of WWII. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Jean Poole; four daughters, Mrs. Brenda Launius, Mrs. Martha Carter, Mrs. Beckie Williams and Mrs. Paula Bennett, all of Little Rock; his mother, Etta Poole of Ouachita; three brothers, Billy Poole and Jimmy Poole, both of Camden, and James Poole of Natchez, Miss.; and one sister, Mrs. Lucille Carter of Camden, and five grandchildren.
