April 6, 1856 - January 29, 1936
Mrs. Lillie Taylor, aged 80, passed away at her home near Amy, at 6 p.m. today after a long illness. She was a lifelong resident of Ouachita county, and was a member of the Ouachita Baptist Church. Besides her husband, Robert Taylor, she is survived by two sons J. E. Taylor of Camden and T. L. Taylor Sherrill, Ark. four daughters, Mrs. Bettie Roberson of Mexia, Texas, Mrs. Nell Justice, Mrs. Ruth Posey and Mrs. Clara Posey, all of Ouachita, one brother, Will Dickerson, Leopan, Texas, two sisters, Mrs. Johanna Simpson and Mrs. Mary Dickerson of Eagle Mills, several grandchildren sand great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Chapel Hill Cemetery near Ouachita, tomorrow, with the Bixler Funeral Homein charge. (Camden News - January 29, 1936)
