Ella Mae Chapman, 59, of Fort Smith, AR. entered into rest on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born July 18, 1953 in Bryant County, Oklahoma. She was a housewife and an active member of Faith United Methodist Church and The Women's Group Choir and served on many committees in the church. She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years Tim Chapman of Fort Smith, AR., 2 sons Chris Erwin and wife Melissa of Fayetteville, AR. and Gary Chapman and wife Vickie of Fort Smith, AR., 4 daughters Susan Brown and husband Charlie of Roland, OK., Melissa Deal and husband David of Huntington, AR., Michelle Howley and husband Jim of Mansfield, AR. and Cindy Leach and husband Tommy of Lavaca, AR., her mother Francis Tannahill of DeQueen, AR., 1 brother Larry Clark and wife Carol of Sulfur Springs, TX., 2 sisters Carol Petit and husband Tom of DeQueen, AR. and Phyllis Miller of Fort Smith, AR., 2 step sisters Carolyn Dull and husband Wayne of DeQueen, AR. and Caroleen Burrows and husband James of DeQueen, AR., 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Faith United Methodist Church in Fort Smith, AR. with interment at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR. Family will receive friends Friday, 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Faith United Methodist Church 2901 Massard Road, Fort Smith, Ar. Pallbearers will be Lewis Chapman, Jack Clevinger, Gary Chapman, Tyler Chapman, Cody Chapman, John Armour. Memorials may be made to Faith United Methodist Church Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
