Carnelia was the daughter of William Pinkney Elmore and Elizabeth A. (Lynch) Elmore.
She married Dr William Franklin Turner in Benton CO, TN on January 31, 1873.
Obituary published in the Camden Chronicle (Benton CO, TN) on July 11, 1890.
