Ora Elmore, 100, of Washburn, Arkansas died Monday, May 3, 2004, in Greenwood, Arkansas. She was a homemaker, and a member of Milltown United Methodist Church.
Ms. Elmore was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Roy Elmore, and a daughter: Edna Elmore Bell.
She is survived by three grandsons, Frank Bell of Pocola, Robert Bell of Fort Smith, and David Bell of Fayetteville; four great-grandsons, Lance Bell of Christiana, Tenn., John Bell of Pocola, Robert Bell Jr. of Pocola, and Jonathan Bell of Fayetteville; one great-granddaughter, Robin Christian of Pocola; five great-great-grandchildren: Jessica Bell of Christiana, Tennessee, Halley Bell of Pocola, Gracey Bell of Pocola, Brooke Christian of Pocola, Oklahoma and Amy Davis of Christiana, Tennessee; and one great-great-great-grandson: Blake Davis of Christiana, Tennessee.
Funeral service was held at 10:00a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2004 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, Arkansas. She was laid to rest at Dawson Cemetery in Milltown.
Pallbearers will be Lance Bell, John Bell, Jerry Bridges, John Loyd Bridges, Kenny Lewis, and Floyd Webb. Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Scharbor, J.T. Culpepper, Harold Nichols, Warren Elmore, and Dewey Lewis.
