Willo Dean Parsley Palmer, age 86, of North Little Rock passed away on July 26, 2022.

Dean was born in the Woodlawn Community of Lonoke County on November 13, 1935. Her parents were William Columbus Bryant and Mollie Sarah White Bryant.

She was a homemaker, avid gardener, and loved spending days fishing, always with an optimistic outlook. Dean loved her family with a passion, frequently telling them she “loved them to the moon and back”.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Parsley, sisters Gladys Hite, Lois Akridge, and brother Cecil Bryant.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Palmer, her sons Mike (Melody) Parsley of LR, Todd (Sam) Parsley of Beebe, Aaron (Diana) Palmer of Sheridan, Randy (Teresa) Palmer of Ohio, Todd (Marla) Palmer of Sheridan, sisters Clara Ibbotson of Sherwood, Jewell Hemminger of Wisconsin, brother Horace Bryant of Arizona.

Grandchildren – Will Parsley, Molly (Shane) Parker, Alex (Kenneth) Wuneburger, Aaron Parsley, Karen Palmer, Jennifer Holst, Heath Palmer, Alex Palmer, Clayton Palmer, Dylan Palmer.

Great Grandchildren – Emerson Parsley, Amelia Sullivan, Briggston Parker and Lucas, Hayden, Emma Grace Holst.

A service will be held on Saturday, July 30 at Smith Sherwood Funeral Home, 7700 Highway 107, Sherwood. Visitation will be at 9:00am and the service will be at 10:00am with Rev Karen Akin officiating. Burial will follow at Sumner Cemetery, Cabot.

The pallbearers are Steve Ibbotson, Kerry Ibbotson, Aaron Palmer, Todd Palmer, Randy Parsley, Shane Parker.
