A Requiem Mass for Joseph W. Von Hatten, 73, of 1010 S. 18th was offered in Immaculate Conception Church here April 24 by Father Joseph M. Correnti, Assistant Pastor.
Mr. Von Hatten, a communicant of Immaculate Conception Parish, died here April 22. He was born in Fort Smith May 20, 1899.
Survivors include three brothers, Lawrence Von Hatten, Jack Von Hatten and Bernard Von Hatten, all of Fort Smith; and three sisters, Mrs. Lena Scholze, Mrs. Margaret Sharum and Mrs. Dora Mae Dunn all of Fort Smith.
A rosary for Mr. Von Hatten was led by Father Correnti in the Fentress Service Chapel the night before the funeral. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bill Bowers, Gene Herring, John Herring, Claude Hendricks, Gene Wahl and Kenneth Schenk.
