Billy Wayne James, age 65 of Ozark, Arkansas died Saturday, May 8, 2021. He was a retired mechanic. He was born March 27, 1956 in Ozark to Paul Raymond and Willowdean Thomas James. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Cletis Earl James.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Rofkahr James of Ozark; three sons, Dustin James and wife Christina, Wesley Jackson and wife Seryna, Todd Jackson and Eli; two daughters, Jessica Pipkins and husband Matt and Shae Johnson and husband Colt; four sisters, Judy Wright, Kathy Williams, Regina Howe and Tammie Sturdivant; one brother, Paul Ray James; and eight grandchildren, Livi and Kam Pipkins, Paul James, Kynzie, Kynnadie and Kaysen Jackson, KW and Berkleigh Johnson.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercials Street in Ozark.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 12, 2021 River Valley Community Church in Webb City with Brother Jan Akins officiating under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with burial at Highland Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bill Story, Russell Sturdivant, Floyd Arnold, Christopher Howe, Gary Don Howe and Kyle Wright. Honorary Pallbearers will be The Franklin County Road Department, Franklin County Judge Ricky Bowman, Buffalo Leding, Joe Powell and Anna Lee Bullard.
