John W. Fallin, 77, of El Dorado passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. He was born December 27, 1943 to Joe and Avenia Wesson Fallin in Houston, TX.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in Germany during the Cold War. John retired from Great Lakes Chemical after 36 years of service. While at Great Lakes, he worked as Service Manager for the Distribution Warehouse in America. He was a member of East Main Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. John also enjoyed fishing, playing golf and camping.

Preceding him in death are his parents; and son, Jeff Fallin.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia "Pat" Cranford Fallin of El Dorado; sons, Mike Fallin of El Dorado, Robert Fallin (Gina) of Stillwater, OK, Lance Owens (Jerri) of El Dorado; daughters, Cheryl Patterson (Pat) of El Dorado, Kristi Burton (Wayne) of Benton, AR; brother-in-law, Jim Cranford; grandchildren, Brianna Ross (Mike), Austen Burton, Dylan Fallin (Crystal), Tyler Patterson (Brooklynn), Hope Patterson, Logan Owens (Juliann), Ty Owens, Lacy Blevins (Aaron), Clay Hanna, Stephen Hanna, Ashton Hanna; and great grandchildren, Grayson Blevins, Lizzy Owens, Layton Owens, Millie Ross, Ivy Patterson and Maelyn Fallin.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 3, 2021 at East Main Baptist Church with Dr. Benjy McCann and Dr. Jim Daniel officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the Direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
