Peggie Nash, 79 of Norphlet passed away Friday November 11, 2016 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.
Born March 19, 1937 in Bernice, Louisiana she was the daughter of Emon and Mabel Bennett Webb. Mrs. Nash had been employed as a secretary with Black Transfer, an affiliate of Allied Van Lines for 25 years.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to all her family and was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Norphlet.

Mrs. Nash is survived by her husband, Bobby Nash, a son, Mike Nash (Karla) and a daughter, Tammy Roberson (Criss) all of Norphlet and a sister, Juanita Agerton (Billy) of Strong. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Courtney Sneed, Carmen Lewis, Callie Jackson, Matt Nash and Michaele Davis along with 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 14, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Norphlet. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Sunday afternoon at Young’s.

Serving as pallbearers will be Winkie May, Pat Long, Earl Cook, Jason Sneed, Patrick Lewis and James McDaniel.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Family Life Center, P. O. Box 10, Norphlet, AR.71759.
