She was a member of First United Methodist Church and active in the Open Door Sunday School Class, United Methodist Women, Fellowship of the Sent, and Golden Girls Exercise Group. Mary Alice loved to travel, and she and her husband enjoyed many wonderful trips together during their retirement years. She was an energetic lady, always taking care of others. She was a loving daughter, wife, and mother.
A special thank you goes to Diane Johnson for her love and excellence in caring for our mother during her final years. Thank you also to Dr. Scott Hardin and those who cared for her at Courtyard Health and Rehabilitation.
