Michael Lee Lane, 66, of El Dorado passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.
He was born May 17, 1952 in Gurdon, Arkansas to Bobby Gene Lane and Ruth Olivia Brown Lane. He was a self-employed contractor, self-proclaimed thoroughbred handicapper and a loyal Arkansas Razorback fanatic. He loved and cherished his family and friends with all of his heart. Most of all, he loved the Lord as His faithful servant.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Lane of El Dorado; his two sons, Michael L. Lane II and Robert Stephen Lane both of El Dorado and a brother, Malcolm Glenn Lane of Camden.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 in Young’s Chapel with Rev. Larry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Visitation will be held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.
