Isaac Brown was called Jim Bob all his life. He was named after his grandfather Isaac Brown Odom who came with his parents from Mississippi to Trinity County, Texas on a wagon train. "Jim Bob" was married 2 times.
He and "Omie" were the children of William Matterson (Matt) and Eugenia Lewis Moore Odom.
