Vicki Comstock, 48, of Cabot, formerly of Jacksonville, passed away, Saturday November 2, 2002, after a nine-year battle with ovarian cancer. She was a very spiritual and brave lady, and a devoted mother.
She was born on March 21, 1954 in Shreveport, Louisiana. A graduate of Jacksonville Arkansas High School in 1972, she attended college in Russellville where she majored in music. Mrs. Comstock was a member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville and was the organist for sixteen years.
She is survived by her husband of twenty-three years, Tommy Comstock; a daughter, Emily Jane Comstock; a step-daughter, Olga Lester of North Little Rock; her parents, Howard and Jane Williams of Jacksonville; two sisters, Anita Reiner of Jacksonville and Sandra Jones of Las Vegas, Nevada; a step-granddaughter, Haley Lester of North Little Rock; a host of neices and nephews and many friends.
A gathering of remembrance of Vicki Comstock will be on Sunday, November 10th at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 2413 Northeastern Avenue, Jacksonville with Reverend Pay Seymour and Reverend Gary McConnell officiating.
