Francine B. Carter White, 85, of Olive Branch, Mississippi, gained her wings and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, November 14, 2019. Mrs. White was a native of Portland, a resident of Olive Branch for the past 6 months, a resident of Lake Tapps, Washington for the past 16 years, and a former resident of the Little Rock, Benton and Cabot area for many years. She was of the Baptist Faith and played the piano and organ for her church. Mrs. White was a Licensed Practical Nurse and retired from Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Beloved Mother and MeMe, she loved her family, food, and having fun. She never met a stranger and will be missed by everyone that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Marvin James Carter, Sr. in 1984; two sons, Marvin James Carter, Jr. and Robert K. Carter; a grandson, Nick Williams; her parents, Lercy and Mattie Laura Lynn Breedlove; a sister, Bernice White and four brothers, W.L. Breedlove, Carroll Breedlove, Robert Breedlove and Mike Breedlove.

She is survived by her husband, Floyd White of Lake Tapps, Washington; four daughters, Laura Lovell of Austin, Michelle Isaac and husband, Martin, of Cabot, Margaret Rankin and husband, Bill, of Piedmont, Oklahoma and Liz Woods and husband, Bill, of Olive Branch, Mississippi; two sons, Samuel Carter and Matt Carter both of Alaska; a step-daughter, Kay Carter of Hot Springs; her brother, Reed Breedlove of Lake Village; she was MeMe to 22 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 2 p.m., Monday, November 18, 2019, at the Montrose Baptist Church with Reed Breedlove officiating. Burial will be in the Montrose Cemetery. Pallbearers are Chris Williams, Andrew Breedlove, Luke Woods, James Lovell, Bill Bruner and Bill Rankin. Honorary pallbearers are Link Lovell, Ruger Rains, Sauyer Rains, Carter Moody, Greyson Breedlove, and Clay Williams.

Visitation will be 1-2 p.m., Monday at the church.
