Adam Gregory Lynn, 35, of Portland, died Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the Methodist
University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Adam was a native and life long resident of
Portland. He was a 2000 graduate of Lake Village High School; attended the University
of Arkansas at Monticello and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and he recently
received his Nursing Degree. He also worked on the family farm and was a member of
the Montrose United Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Angie Stewart Lynn in 2016; two brothers, John
Edward Lynn, Jr. in 1988 and Brandon Cecil Lynn in 1977; his grandparents, Cecil and
Lear Lee Bonnette Lynn and Robert Stewart, Jr.
He is survived by his father, Johnny Lynn of Portland; his grandmother, Ellen Gregory of
Bastrop, Louisiana and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services are 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral
Home Chapel with burial in the Montrose Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the
