Robin Ann Brooks, age 58, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, July 5th, 2019, in Conway Arkansas. Her funeral services will be held on July 20th at 10:00am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Conway Arkansas.

Robin was born April 23rd, 1961 in Sumter, South Carolina to Dominic Acalotto and Nancy Gayle Head. As a military child, she grew up seeing the world for what it was: an adventure. She married Patrick Brooks on September 10th, 1988 and in their 30 years together, raised 4 boys. Robin cherished her family more than anything in this world and was an inspiration of joy and kindness to everyone that met her. She never met a stranger and always provided for others in need. Above all, she was in love with life and it showed in her devotion as a mother and wife.

Robin enjoyed the outdoors and spending time in her garden. She saw beauty in every avenue of life which she reflected in her talents by arranging flowers, decorating homes for friends, and making those in her life always feel at home. To anyone that needed an open arm, shelter, or food, Robin would care for those who needed love the most.

Any chance Robin could travel, you would find her on a beach admiring the ocean waves and sand between her toes. For Robin, the beach was a comforting example of God’s grace and a time of reflection. She lived each day wanting nothing but to share God’s love and grace with her family and those around her.

Robin loved God serving him passionately and faithfully, as demonstrated by her devotion to those who knew her personally or through any one of her family members. She truly was a beacon of hope for all those around her. Her light will be carried on by her father, Dominic Acalotto of Erwin, Pennsylvania, husband, Patrick Brooks of Conway, Arkansas, sister Cynthia Eason of Navarre, Florida, and children, Mario Ruffino of Houston, Texas, Wesley and Stephanie Brooks (spouse), Robert Brooks and Anna Hunter (spouse), and Cody Brooks of Conway Arkansas.

Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life – of whom shall I be afraid?
