WINSLOW— Mr. Claude Ogden, age 89, of Winslow, Ark., passed away, Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at his home. He was born Feb. 5, 1926, in St. Paul, Ark., to Aaron and Sarah Elam Ogden.
Mr. Ogden served in the United States Marines during WWII, was a member of the VFW Post 2722 and was a Baptist. Mr. Ogden loved Bee Keeping and Gardening.
Mr. Ogden was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Cecil Ogden, and sister, Era Langley. Mr. Ogden is survived by his wife Vonnie Ogden of Winslow, Ark, son, David Ogden, Daughters, Carol Harris, Ruby Clark and husband Doug, Velma Ogden, and brother Boyd Ogden; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Honor Guard will be at Fayetteville National Cemetery at 10 a.m. Friday Sept. 18 with Memorial Service following at 11 AM at Mission Blvd 2006 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville Ark. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Rogers, Arkansas. www.bentoncountymemorialpark.com.
