Sallie Louise Leney Kennedy, 72 of Little Rock, died Friday, September 4, 2009. She was born August 27, 1937 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Fannie Lou Brittain Leney and Herber C. Leney.
Louise graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She became a Certified Allergy Technician and was most recently employed at Chenal Family Practice. She was a member of the following organizations: P.E.O. Sisterhood, Kappa Alpha Theata, Pan American Allergy Society and the Oklahoma City Junior League.
She is survived by three children: William Brittain Kennedy, Robert Bruce Kennedy and Elisabeth Kennedy Riedel; brother, William H. Leney; sister, Lynda C. Leahy; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bruce Kennedy.
A memorial service will be held at Fellowship Bible Church on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 6:00 p.m., with Lance Kauffman officiating. A reception will follow the service.
