Mary Ellen Corbitt, 56, of Conway, passed away Monday, December 28, 2009.
Born March 22, 1953 in Millington, TN, she was a retired registered nurse and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Earl Connell, Jr., and her husband, L.C. Corbitt, Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Violet Joan (Avra) Connell; daughter, Ruth Ann Mathis and husband James, L.C. Corbitt III and wife Mieke, and Mary Jo Alexander and husband Jonathon; four grandchildren, Haley Claire Mathis, Maggie Reese Mathis, Logan Alexander, and Abigail Alexander; three sisters, Rose Alisandre, Linda Clanton, and Melody Buchanan and husband Mark; father and mother-in-law, L.C. and Mary Jewell Corbitt, all of Conway; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
The committal service was at Gum Springs Cemetery in Searcy.
Pallbearers will be Bubba Corbitt, James Mathis, Jonathon Alexander, Ian Buchanan, Drew Alisandre, and Jeff Clanton.
