*Obituary
Miss Mary A. Baum, aged 68, of Benton, died Saturday. She was a native of Checotah, Okla., daughter of the late Edwin and Minnie Euper Baum. She had held office in both the United Daughters of the Confederacy and the Arkansas Pioneer Society. Miss Baum was a graduate of the St. Vincent Infirmary School of Nursing and was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church at Benton. Funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church at Benton by Rev. William M. Beck. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery at Fort Smith by Healey & Roth.
