Woodmen of the World Memorial
*When Leslie Benjamin Eli Manes was born on January 28, 1881, in Illinois, his father, Benjamin, was 27 and his mother, Aminda, was 19. He married Myrtle May Toby in 1907 in Arkansas. They had six children in 12 years. He died on July 27, 1928, in White, Arkansas, at the age of 47, and was buried in Searcy, Arkansas.
