*When Zelda Moye was born on November 8, 1912, in Arkansas, her father, William, was 32, and her mother, Mary, was 32. She married Joseph Bill Owen on June 13, 1931. They had five children during their marriage. She died on April 7, 1997, in Benton, Arkansas, at the age of 84, and was buried in Searcy, Arkansas.
