Arthur "Ricky" Rickard, Jr., 50 of Magnolia, Arkansas passed away on Friday, April 13, 2012 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, Arkansas.
He was born on October 13, 1961 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and worked for various companies in the oil field as a derrick man.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Fred and Mildred Looney and a paternal grandfather, Cecil Roland Rickard.
Ricky is survived by his two sons, John Edward Rickard of El Dorado and James Craig Rickard of Magnolia; his parents, Arthur and Joyce Rickard of Magnolia; paternal grandmother, Ruby Durham of Clinton, Indiana; a brother, James Roland Rickard and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Life Touch Hospice, 2301 Champagnolle Road, El Dorado, Arkansas 71730.
