*When Ruby L Hall-Weir-Cook was born on January 15, 1914, in Jackson, Arkansas, her father, Harvey, was 25, and her mother, Nettie, was 19. She married John William Weir and they had one son together. She then married Cecil Zorro Cook on December 10, 1957. She died on July 2, 2003, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 89, and was buried there.
