Annie Mae Fisher Burkett, 92, of Searcy passed away Sunday, August 23rd at the Crossing at Riverside. She was born September 2, 1922 in Copper Springs, Arkansas to the late Sheldon and Theresa (Person) Fisher.
Annie was a charter member of Park Avenue Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, and friend who will be dearly missed.
Annie is survived by her son, Jerry Burkett and his wife, Barbara of Searcy.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Fisher; three brothers, Elton, Bert and Joe Fisher; one sister, Beatrice Fisher; one half brother, Fred Fisher and one half sister, Gladys Fisher Brannon.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 25th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 26th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Lunceford officiating. Interment will be at Gum Springs Cemetery.
