December 8, 1942 - September 30, 2012
Robert B. Martin, 69 of Searcy, passed from this life on Sunday, September 30, 2012. He was born December 8, 1942 in Albion, Arkansas to the late Benjamin L. and Rosa West Martin. Mr. Martin had a great love for the outdoors enjoying fishing and hunting. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is also preceded in death by one brother, L.F. Martin.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine Martin of Searcy; sons, Robert "Doug" Martin of Austin; Gary Glen Clause of Searcy; daughters, Sherry Clause of Searcy; Lisa Kuykendall of Beebe; Alice Rouse and husband Donnie of Searcy; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Jo Scott and husband James Paul of Searcy; Pamela Neighbours and husband David of Pangburn; other family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Henderson Cemetery, Pangburn.
