John Thomas Burgett, 75, of Fort Smith, entered into rest on December 2, 2018.
He was born August 30, 1943, and was the son of the late John and Annie (Johnson) Burgett.
He was a nurse’s aide and of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his wife; Sarah Burgett, children; Ronald, Mona, Tammy, Charity, Wanda, Kelly, Brian and Tommy, sister; Linda of Florida, along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5-6:30pm Friday December 7, Service will be held Saturday December 8, 2018 at 10:00am at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel Fort Smith, with interment at Evergreen Cemetery to follow.
