Bobby Allen McDaniel Sr., 69 of Walnut Ridge, gained his wings Thursday June 6, 2019 at his residence with his wife, children, and grandchildren by his side.
He was born September 16, 1949 in Tahlequah, OK to Marion Monroe McDaniel & Alena Mildred Smith McDaniel. He loved going to church and he loved his church family. He was an avid coin collector and loved going to Branson and watching The Presley Show. He served 2 and 1/2 years in the US Army and was a Staff Sergeant during the Vietnam Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion & Alena; and sisters, Shirley Blackman & Carol Ann McDaniel.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Mashburn McDaniel of Walnut Ridge; daughter, LaDonna (Morris Jay) Nunally; sons, Bobby (Laura) McDaniel, Jr., & Marion McDaniel; grandsons, Jay (Amanda) Nunally, Derrek Nunally, Justin Nunally, Blake McDaniel, Hayden McDaniel, Cade McDaniel & Carter McDaniel; Sisters, Patricia (Don) Brock, Linda (Joe) Hogner, Lula Mae (Alan) McClung, Sandra (Jerry) York, Donna (Harold) Thompson; brothers, Jerry (Roma) McDaniel & James (Georgia) McDaniel.
Visitation held Sunday June 9, 2019 at People's Faith Tabernacle in Hoxie.
Funeral services held Monday June 10, 2019 at People's Faith Tabernacle in Hoxie with Roger Brand and Wayne Bryant officiating.
