Wilbert "Bud" Saffell, 70 of Marion, AR, died Sunday May 24, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN.

He was born December 14, 1949 in Batesville, AR to Wilbert Saffell, Sr. & Daisy Tripp Saffell. He was a "Macgyver"...he could fix anything. He loved to fish and was an avid outdoorsman but those fell short compared to his love for his family. He was a master electrician and was a member of the Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Morgan Saffell of Marion, AR; son, Matthew (Crystal) Saffell of Marion, AR; daughter, Amy Saffell of Farmersville, TX; granddaughter, Emme Saffell of Marion,AR; brothers, Phil (Carolyn) Saffell of Cabot, AR, and Gary Saffell of Saffell, AR; sister, Ann (Jim) Hollis of Sherwood, AR; and many nieces & nephews.

Graveside services begin 11:00AM Wednesday May 27, 2020 at Dry Creek Cemetery in Lynn with Jerry Morgan officiating.

Under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge, & Lynn, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society-Harrah's Hope Lodge of Memphis. 718 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38103
