David Arnold Leavell November 16, 1959 ~ December 21, 2018
David “Arnold” Leavell, 59, of Dover, died Thursday, December 20, 2018, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. Named in honor of the late Dr. J. Arnold Henry, he was the son of Truett and Merlene Brown Leavell, he was born November 16, 1959 in Dover. He was a member of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed animals and hunting. David was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by 4 daughters, Morgan Leavell, Morrilton, Lauren Leavell, Springdale, Madison Leavell, Atkins, and Amanda Leavell of Dover; his mother, Merlene Leavell, Dover; 3 brothers, Truett Leavell, Jr. Robert Leavell and Ronnie Leavell, all of Dover.
A service will be held at 3:00PM, Saturday, December 22, 2018, at McFadden Cemetery in Dover under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Keith Walters will officiate.
