August 10,1879 - March 12, 1900
Mrs. Sallie Vinson, the beloved wife of Will Vinson and daughter of W.V. Woods, died of typhoid fever at her home near Dover Monday evening, March 12, 1900.
Funeral services were conducted the following evening by Rev. O.F. Bettis, after which interment took place at the Dover cemetery.
Deceased was about 22 years of age and was a member of the Methodist church and a true Christian lady, loved and respected by a large circle of friends.
Besides the bereaved husband and father, she left two sisters, a half brother and an infant son, ten or eleven months old to ever mourn her untimely death.
