Springdale — Mrs. Parlee Josephine Shockley, 76, of Hickory Creek, died Thursday at the home of a grandson in Springdale. She was born Aug. 9, 1890 in Benton County and was a member of the Temple Baptist Church.
Survivors are the husband, James H. Shockley of the home; two sons, Herbert of Lowell and Herschell of Springdale, one daughter, Mrs. Willard Graham of Springdale; one brother, Clint Creech of Midland, Tex., two sisters, Mrs. Alfred Elkins of Brighton, Mo., and Mrs. Floreen Smith of Rogers and four grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Temple Baptist Church with burial in Hickory Creek Cemetery under direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel.
