Kenneth Wayne Kurvin, 57, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, August 6, 2017 in Missouri. He was born on February 8, 1960 in Spur, Texas, to the late Dan and Vivian (Ray) Kurvin. He was the husband of Susan (Roberts) Kurvin. He was the best husband, my best friend, a great father, and step father. He was admired and respected by many and so loved by his family. They are going to have a hard time adjusting to life without him.

He is survived by his wife of Gravette; sons, Camaron (Jenna) Kurvin of Texas, Brayden Kurvin of Gravette; daughter, Ariella Gibson of Tennessee; stepchildren, Scott (Megean) Moore of Texas, Joshua Gibson of Gravette and Shea (Michael) Whitehead of Texas; brother, Danny Kurvin of Texas; sister, Pat Philpott of Arizona; mother-in-law, Dixie Lee of (place); and grandchildren, Emma, Avery, and Alivia Kurvin, Cloe, Bryson, Gavin, and Bentley Whitehead, Addison, Carson, and Jaci Moore.

We are planning a celebration of Ken's life for Saturday, August 12th at the Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers Arkansas at 2pm. We will have a time to come and give your condolences to the family, and the service will be at 3pm. Afterward, we will invite everyone to the house for food and refreshments.

In lieu of flowers we are setting up a college trust fund for Brayden Kurvin. Please send checks made out to Brayden Kurvin to 16462 West Spring Valley Road, Gravette, AR 72736. We feel like this would make Ken proud. He was so sad that he would not be able to be here for him.

Thank you for all of your prayers and thoughtful words over these last few months. He fought hard and valiantly. Love you forever studdly!
