Herbert Shockley, 62, of Route 2, Lowell, died Friday at the Springdale Memorial Hospital. He was born March 23, 1916, at Lowell.
He was a livestock producer. He was president of the Hickory Creek Cemetery Association and a member of the Farmers Cooperative.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Virginia Oxford Shockly of the home; one son, Gene Shockly, of Springdale; his father, Jim Shockley of Lowell; one brother, Hershel Shockley of Springdale; one sister Mrs. Maxine Graham, of Springdale; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will he held at 4 p.m. Monday at the Sisco Chapel with burial in the Hickory Creek Cemetery.
