Steven D. Finch, age 61, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at his home.

He was born September 21, 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Walter D. and Vida (Johnson) Finch, who survive. Also surviving are one brother, Warren Finch of Garfield, Arkansas; one sister, Carmen Finch of Cassville, Missouri; his aunts and uncles; one niece, Christy Wilson and two nephews, Ronnie and Joe Wilson.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Jess and Joyce Johnson; his Uncle Sam and his grandma and grandpa Finch.

Steven received his education in Little Rock, Arkansas where he graduated from high school. In 2005 he moved to Cassville from Conway, Arkansas and attended Arc of the Ozarks Day Program. He had a love and knowledge of music and Civil War history as well as his Matchbox cars collection. He loved his family and everyone he met and he had his own personal relationship with God.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2019 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Garfield, Arkansas, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Lowell Sartin will conduct the services.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Monday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
