Eddie L. Winters, 49, of Fort Smith died April 5, 2011, in Fort Smith. He was born Jan. 30, 1962, in Fort Smith to Junior P. and Wanda Oleta Williams Winters. He was a former steel worker and of the Pentecostal faith.
He is survived by his wife, Lovella of the home; three daughters, Crystal Rinehart and husband Russell of Van Buren, Amanda Winters of El Reno, Okla., and Donna "Nicole" Winters of Fort Smith; one son, Frank Winters and wife Rachael of Fort Smith; a sister, Wanda Winters Crossno of Muldrow; six brothers, Donald, Roland, Junior and Roy Gene Winters, all of Fort Smith, Ronnie Gene Winters of Oklahoma; and a half brother, Leon Hunter of Van Buren; several grandchildren, along with nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Steve Allen Winters.
