*Obituary - Arthur Terceira, Sr.
Arthur Terceira, Sr., 74, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015.
He was born February 19, 1941 in Fall River, MA to the late Antonio and Diamantina Terceira.
He was a retired inkman from Haliday Lithograph in Hanover, MA. He was the owner/operator of Terceira Electronics in Massachusetts, and owner/operator of Rocom, Inc. in Massachusetts. After retiring he moved to Maine and then Arkansas. He was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Van Buren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlena, and a son, Charles Terceira.
He is survived by two daughters, Katharine DeSantis Midkiff of Arkansas, and Susan Terceira of Arizona; three sons, Keith Terceira of Arkansas, Arthur "Jay" Terceira, Jr. of Massachusetts, and Brian Terceira of Florida; numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel at 4100 Alma Highway, in Van Buren, with visitation immediately following.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 27, 2015 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Van Buren with interment to follow at Mt. McCurry Cemetery in Rudy, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
