Allen Wayne Spencer, 62, of Van Buren died Sunday, March 30, 2008, in a local hospital. He was a former employee of Ayers Furniture Company and Fort Smith Rim and Bow. He was a lifelong resident of the Catcher Community.
He is survived by five sisters; Carolyn Reed of Winslow, Paula Belt and Kay Beckham both of Van Buren, Charlene Mahan and Janice Storey both of Ft. Smith and one brother Charles Spencer of Ft. Smith.
Services will be Wed Apr 2, 2008 10:00am at Ocker Memorial Chapel 700 Jefferson Street,Van Buren.Officiating will be
Reverend Steve Stewart.Burial will be in Mt. McCurry Cemetery,Rudy.
