Funeral services for Steve M. STEWART, 62, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Edward Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, with Rev. Dino Hutchings officiating. Burial is in Mount McCurry Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. Mr. STEWART was born on Aug. 10, 1940. He died Monday, May 19, 2003 in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Patricia STEWART; two daughters and sons-in-law, Janette and Eddie, Sandie and Scott; four daughters, Liz, Shanna, Shelly and Cheyenne; one son, Steven K.; his mother, Mildred STEWART; four sisters, Norma, Freda, Paulette and Kayvron; one brother, Randy; one cousin, Jim; one uncle, Ray; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Sk STEWART; two brothers, Sammy K. and Carroll Wayne; and one sister, Leneda LASITER.

Patricia L .(Sissy) Stewart, 74, of Fort Smith, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord Saturday, December 23, 2017 in a local hospital. She was born on September 26, 1943 in Alma, Arkansas to the late George and Janice Ball. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Steve Stewart; one sister; and three brothers. She was a devoted wife and grandmother and a loving friend to all.
Graveside service will be at 2 PM Wednesday December 27, 2017 at Mt McCurry Cemetery in Rudy with burial at Mt McCurry Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas
She is survived by four children, three daughters Janette Tomes and Elizabeth Jones of Fort Smith, Sandra Roden of Batavia, New York; Steven Stewart and Cheyenne of Fort Smith; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
