Jordan Neal Mott, infant son of Bobby and Tanya Mott of Fort Smith, passed away Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, in a local hospital.
He was born April 24, 2013, in Fort Smith.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Brenda Roberts; and maternal grandfather, James J. Garfield Sr.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Shannon Winters of Fort Smith and Evan Mott of the home; his paternal grandfather, Bobby Mott Sr. of Fort Smith; his maternal grandmother, Francine Garfield of Victorville, Calif.; his paternal great-grandparents, Betty McCurdy of Fort Smith and Chester Roberts of Rudy; his maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Campbell of Victorville; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel in Van Buren with interment to follow at Mount McCurry Cemetery in Rudy under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Tabor, Keith Mott, Dennis Mott and James Garfield.
