Shaun Deondrea Gatson was born November 10, 1978, to Maolla Mitchell and Leonard Gatson.

Shaun, fondly known as Gatt by family and friends, was a very hardworking man. Shaun was employed with El Dorado Tree Services from 2004 until his health failed in 2019.

He was typically the life of the party and was fun to be around. His enormous smile and personality would lighten up the room.

On June 17, 2013, Shaun gave his hand in marriage to the love of his life, LaDonna Anderson.

On May 11, 2021, Shaun transitioned to his eternal resting place where he will be eternally united with his Maternal grandmother Leona Reynolds, Maternal grandfather, Mason Wilson, Paternal grandmother Flossie Swift Gatson, Paternal grandfather, Lennon Gatson Paternal grandmother Jessie Smith, his uncle Lawrence Gatson, nephew Deddrick Williams, and two cousins Felicia Monk, and Mary L. Wade.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife LaDonna Anderson of El Dorado, Arkansas; his mother Maolla “Pat” Mitchell of El Dorado, Arkansas; his father Leonard (Rosemary) Gatson of Temecula, California, three daughters, Keziah Anderson, Starlexia Anderson, and Alexis King all of El Dorado, Arkansas; two sons LaDontrea and Seneca Miller Jr. of El Dorado, Arkansas, two sisters Demetria (Nathan) Rainey of El Dorado, Arkansas, Eboni Gatson of San Diego, California ( US Navy); four brothers Alvin (Shronda) Mitchell, Marques Thomas, Marcus L. Moore, and Julian Moore all of El Dorado, Arkansas; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
