*Obituary
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Mount McCurry Cemetery near Rudy.
He is survived by two daughters, Tamaro Philpott of Fort Smith and Kendra Maxwell of Muldrow; a son, Kenneth Maxwell Jr. of San Bernardino, Calif.; his mother, Louise Maxwell of Fort Smith; seven sisters, Pauline Kyllingstad, Shirley McCain, Mary Jean Moore and Marsha Howell, all of Fort Smith, Wanda Moss of Cameron, Rosie Uglow of Boyd, Texas, and Eunice Williams of Lavaca; and a brother, Earl Maxwell.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Cecil, Josh English, Bobby and Bobby Williams Jr., Lewis Neighbors, Eddie Ray Beltoami and E.J. Maxwell.
