January 30, 1930 - November 20, 2021
Edeltraud “Trudy” Vawter, 91, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021 at her home. She was born January 30, 1930 to the late Otto and Anna Border in Leitmeritz, Czechoslovakia.
Trudy was a very loving friend to many. She was a member of the Edelweiss German-American Club and the knitting club of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed framing and stained glass art.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Ray Vawter.
Cherishing her memory is a special friend, Carolyn Roberson and fur friend, Sissy.
Trudy’s life will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM, in the chapel of Gross Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Murphree officiating.
The visitation will begin at 9:30.
A special thanks to Elite Hospice (Lynn and Diona), and caregiver Brandy Welch.
The family request casual clothes worn for the services.
