Joe Carl Cloud, Sr, 73, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, died Thursday, February 9, 2012. He was born July 23, 1938 in Benton, Arkansas to the late Tilford and Mary Caroline (Caldwell) Cloud. Joe was a member of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle Church and a 1958 Graduate of Benton High School; Quarterback and Captain of the Benton High School Panthers as well as an avid Razorback fan and self employed plumber. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters Gerine and Wilma and brothers Phillip, Charles and Hubert Cloud. He is survived by his sons Kevin and Michael Cloud of Hot Springs and J. C. Cloud of Benton; daughter Brandy Sutton (Eugene) of Benton; brother Dan Cloud and sister Carolyn Cloud both of Mayflower; grandchildren Emily Buckley, Sarah Sutton, Shane Sutton, and Kaley Cloud and the mother of Kevin and Michael, Beth Cloud. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel. Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Apostolic Faith Tabernacle Church with Rev. Dennis Anderson officiating. Entombment will follow in Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Pallbearers include Adam Carpenter, Richard Davenport, Jeremy Riley, B. J. Spears, Royce Weldon, and Milton Yeaman. Honorary pallbearers include Leon Bates, Michael Cena, Michael Gatliff and Bobby Lackey.
