Darrell E. Robbins, 76, of Hot Springs died Friday, January 15, 2010. He was born May 16, 1933 in Hot Springs to Austin Franklin Robbins and Thalma Helen (Estell) Robbins. He was an Electrical Engineer and served in the Air Force. He was of the Christian faith. His wife Joan Sitek Robbins; son, Doug Robbins and his parents preceded him in death. Survivors include daughters: Donna Thomas and husband Mark of Hot Springs; Shelly Lackie of Hot Springs; brother, Don Robbins and wife Mary of Little Rock; sister, Margaret Fitzhugh of Hot Springs; 4 grandchildren: Andy Thomas, Jeanna Thomas, Taylor Robbins, and Camella Robbins. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Bro. Rob Young officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Garland Nursing and Rehab Center, Bob Shirley, and Billy Frank Glidewell.
