William M. "Murphy" Boyakin
July 18, 1903 - December 11, 1967
W. M. (Murphy) Boyakin, 64 years old, Rudy, Arkansas, was dead on arrival at a local hospital Monday December 11, 1967. Born July 18, 1903 in Johnson county, Arkansas. Mr. Boyakin was a member of the Free Will Baptist church and a retired farmer.
Survivors are his wife, Nola; two sons; three daughters, Betty, Reba and Leola; a brother; five sisters Ann, Margaret both of Amarillo, Texas, Ailene of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Virgie of Kansas City, Kansas and Alice of California; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Kenner Chapel Free Will Baptist church with Rupert Pixley, the officiating minister. Burial was in Mt. McCurry cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
